Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to with this one. I did the half day tour of Athens and it was the best experience I've ever had on a tour. The knowledge guide was so smart and funny, and he made sure we were all having fun. He was able to answer anything we asked about Greece's history, and he even taught us some jokes! The comfort vehicle was also great because it had air conditioning, which is nice when you're walking around in the hot sun all day. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about ancient Greece while having a blast!

Well worth the extra money for a "special" day in Athens

I highly tecommend this private tour, particularly for folks with only a few days in Athems. We booked for just two of us. Vangeilis showed up on time, drove us to all of the "highlights" of the City carefully and comforably in his black car, and gave us lots of history of the various locations we visited. And the other huge benefit is that this tour includes a private licensed guide for the Acropolis AND the Acropolis Museum, allowing us to visit both sites with significant knowledge of what we were seeing. Markeles was a deep well of invaluable information at both locations - making the tour so much more valuable than if we were left to our own to figure out what we were seeing. Spend the extra few bucks and do the tour of Athens the 'right way"

Enjoyable experie

I took the half day tour of Athens with CityCab and it was fantastic! The car I rode in was comfortable and clean, the driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the sites we visited were all incredible. The Acropolis was amazing to see up close, and Lycabetous hill has a beautiful view of the city. I highly recommend this tour if you're looking for a good deal on an enjoyable experience

Great experience

I had a great experience on the Athens tour. The driver was really friendly, and he gave me an exceptional overview of the history of the Acropolis and its museum. When we got to the museum, he was kind enough to help me navigate the ticketing process and make sure I got in OK before he headed back to his vehicle. He also offered me water in a clean bottle as we drove around, which was a nice touch. All in all, I would recommend this tour to anyone!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I don't even know where to start, this tour was SO amazing. I can't believe how much we got to see and experience in just half a day! I feel like I got such a thorough introduction to Athens and its history, and it's all thanks to our guide. I'll admit, when my friend first suggested taking a guide for this part of the trip, I thought that sounded kind of boring. But now that it's over, I'm so glad she convinced me. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Athens and Greece as a whole, but also just super friendly and funny! She made sure to take us to all the places we wanted to see, even if they weren't on the standard itinerary, which was so nice. And her restaurant recommendations were awesome! I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an overview of Athens' highlights. It was informative and fun at the same time, the perfect way to get your bearings in a new place!

Wonderful tour

This tour was excellent! I am so happy I went. It was a great way to see all of the sites that I had wanted to see in Athens, and it only took half a day. I was able to see the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and more. The guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The driver drove very well and got us everywhere we needed to be on time.

Excellent tour

I booked the Athens half day tour with CityCab. Our guide, Markella, was a fantastic guide, and she helped us stay on a schedule so we could see as much as possible. The pick-up service was excellent, they came right on time and it was great to have a private driver.
